J. Andrew Jolley has lived in and served the greater Prescott area as an attorney since 2007. After earning his law degree from the University of Idaho, Andy moved to Prescott and joined the Yavapai County Public Defender’s Office. Though he enjoyed protecting the rights of criminal defendants, Mr. Jolley accepted a position with a small firm in Prescott, where he found a particular passion for personal injury and civil litigation. Seeking to better serve the quad cities community, Andy founded Jolley Law, PLC, the predecessor company to Prescott Law Group, in 2010.
A Prescott native, Stephen attained his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and was a cum laude mathematical economics major at the Colorado College. While at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Stephen externed for the Honorable Patricia A. Orozco, Arizona Court of Appeals Division 1, and for the Honorable C. Steven McMurry, Presiding Judge of the Maricopa County Justice Courts. He also had experiences with Community Legal Services and the Homeowners Advocacy Unit of ASU’s Civil Justice Clinic while attending ASU.
Taylor R. Nelson is an Arizona native, who was born in Tucson and raised as the oldest of five in Yuma. He is the father of three children, the first of which was born during his service in the United States Air Force. He was distinguished for his actions in Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in English Literature and later attended Pepperdine School of Law. While in law school, he provided pro bono legal assistance in the Los Angeles County’s adoption program. He later went on to study in Costa Rica at the Inter-American Court on Human Rights.
Andrew went to Marian University in Wisconsin for A.I.T., Computer Programming & Database Management. He also handles network security and threat protection. Other areas of study include business marketing and graphic design. Currently he is our systems administrator and helps with family law clients.

Mary is one of the new faces in our firm. Growing up in Northern New York, she always knew she would move to Arizona (especially because of the Phoenix Suns). She brings with her over 20 years of legal experience and has achieved the certification of being a CORE Registered Paralegal™. Mary is a Paralegal in our Civil Department and is a member of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations.
Charlotte is the engine that keeps the Prescott Law Group running. With over 25 years of experience as a paralegal, she knows exactly what every client needs in virtually any situation. Since 2010, Charlotte has been an invaluable member of Jolley Law, PLC, and now Prescott Law Group.
